Clean eating made simple.

What’s clean eating?

The definition depends, but most people will say something like: eating a variety of unprocessed and natural foods.

So I can’t eat candy anymore?

You sure can! Clean eating doesn’t have to be super-strict. It’s about moderation.

Got any clean eating tips?

  • Choose complex carbs over simple carbs. For example, choose brown rice, wholegrain bread and whole wheat pasta over white rice, white bread and white pasta.
  • Eat lots of fresh fruit and veg.
  • Choose lean proteins.
  • Choose healthy fats over not so healthy fats, for example the fats in almonds are better for you than the fat in a deep fried hot dog.
  • Moderation is key! Treat yourself if you feel like it. If you’re craving something, have a little and enjoy it.
